Job Opening: Inside Sales Support
At B.B. Barns, our Inside Sales Support Team is essential to creating a memorable and helpful customer experience. These team members are on the front lines—greeting guests, answering questions, and offering expert guidance on everything from houseplants and garden tools to home décor and gifts.
They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and ready to jump in on the sales floor to make sure every customer feels supported and inspired.
We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping others. The right fit for this role is not only enthusiastic about plants and products, but also lives out our core values.
- Full Time or Part-time, Seasonal, Hourly Position: March-October

- Reports to: Inside Operations Manager

Essential/Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with customer selection and sales within our Tropicals, Gifts, Garden Products, Birding, Seed/Bulbs, Containers, Furniture, and Statuary departments
- Assist with merchandising new arrival inventory as well as restocking inventory from previous day’s sales
- Maintain a high quality level of departmental cleanliness that meets or exceeds B. B. Barn’s standards
