Asheville: Hospitality Cashier
Our Hospitality team members are an important part of the B.B. Barns customer experience: they provide top-notch service with every interaction, answer guests’ questions in-store and on the phone, and are knowledgeable of store operations, sales, promos, events and more to keep our customers informed.
For this position we are seeking an efficient, outgoing individual with a passion for customer service who is a true core values fit. Essential Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collect customer information and relay business information to customers (sales, promos, etc.)
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to proper departments
- Maintain a high quality level of departmental cleanliness that meets B. B. Barns’ standards
- This position is accountable to the Front of House Manager
Job Type: Full-time
40hrs/week, 5 days/week
