Asheville: Inside Sales Support
Our inside sales support team members are an important part of the B.B. Barns customer experience: they provide top-notch service with every interaction, answer our guests’ questions and help them on the sales floor, and provide them with expert knowledge on everything inside our store, from houseplants to gifts to garden products.
For this position we are seeking an outgoing, attentive individual with a passion for customer service, who is a true core values fit. Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with customer selection and sales within our Tropicals, Gifts, Garden Products, Birding, Seed/Bulbs, Containers, Furniture, and Statuary departments
- Assist with merchandising new arrival inventory as well as restocking inventory from previous day’s sales
- Maintain a high quality level of departmental cleanliness that meets or exceeds B. B. Barn’s standards
- This position is accountable to the Inside Operations Manager
Job Type: Part-time
March-October, 32 hours/week, 4 days/week
