B.B. Barns Landscape Installation Warranty, Refund & Cancellation Policies

We strive to maintain all plant material at the highest possible quality. We guarantee that all material sold at full price is insect and disease free and was in good health at the time of purchase.

Landscaping Installation Warranty

• Full (one-time) replacement on any loss of hardy trees, shrubs, and perennials up to two (2) years from the original installation date.
• Labor is covered for one (1) year from the original installation date.
• No warranty on sale items or annuals. Replacement plants are not covered by this warranty.

Sod/Seed Limited Warranty

B.B. Barns will warranty sod and seed installations for 2 weeks after installation provided the following conditions:

• we can verify that necessary watering has taken place;
• no heavy traffic has been in the area via foot, pets and/or vehicles;
• pesticides and chemicals have not been applied outside of accordance with the B.B. Barns turf maintenance program; and
• pets have not been allowed in the soil.

Exclusions:

Our plant warranty does not cover plant material neglect (including under or over-watering), natural disasters, deer, rabbit, vole, or other animal damage, vandalism, or transplanted material; plant material specifically requested by the customer or other designer considered to be zone marginal or a poor choice by B.B. Barns; or weed germination in plantings, beds or mulch.

Warranty-Invoking Process

• Before replacement, the plant material will be inspected by a B.B. Barns representative and replacement will occur at their sole discretion.
• Depending on availability, individual plants will be replaced with the same species unless site conditions dictate a different plant be selected (to be determined by B.B. Barns).
